For a BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy, we typically recommend using a Fix & Flip loan or Bridge loan to acquire and renovate the property. Once the rehab is complete and the property is leased, you can transition into a DSCR Rental Loan to refinance and hold the property long-term.
