THE PRODUCT

Consumers will now have the availability of visiting a certified eAutoDrop location inside existing dealership showrooms across the United States. These locations will service the general public by selling their vehicle on a variety of online auction and classified formats for competitive fees. Experienced dealers will take the hassle out of the "for sale by owner process" and in turn deliver higher sale prices to their customers, increasing their satisfaction and likely turning them into a potential client for their next vehicle purchase.

MARKET & REVENUE PROJECTIONS

eAutoDrop will be marketed to the nearly 400-strong database of existing CompleteAuto/RCAU clientele. In addition to its own database of clients, RCAU has agreements in place with several automotive service companies that allow for the direct marketing to an additional 2,300 dealers across the country. Previously forecasted dealer targets for the CompleteAuto Company were concluded with a projection of nearly 5,300 new dealer contracts by the end of the 2008 year. These projections provide the eAutoDrop Company access to an estimated 5,900 total dealer contracts.

Upon the completion of the UFOC, franchise locations will be offered at $25,000, which if successful at contracting all the estimated dealers would result in the forecasted two year revenues of nearly $150M. Additionally, each franchise location will be responsible for recurring $1,000 monthly fees for the optimization and maintenance of the CompleteAuto listing software as well as appropriate royalties.

The 21st century war for oil is having an impact on the value of the dollar, the Dow, inflation and gold. The middle East is a powder keg with a lit fuse that could blow any day.

A couple of Canadian exploration companies - Adanac Moly Corp (AUA-X) and Canadian Zinc (CZN-T) both have great potential and are scheduled to go into production soon.

Adanac is to be a primary molybdenum producer and should be able to capture some of the run-up in the price of molybdenum before other players come on board. Canadian Zinc has an excellent property but needs to get over some permitting issues.

I've also been watching Aur Resources (AUR-T) and Taseko Mining (TKO-T). Both are mainly copper plays with attractive P/E ratios.

I've posted information about these stocks and some of my views on the state of affairs concerning the USD and the price of bullion.

I'm a big believer in the Austrian School of Economics and am concerned about the amount of money printing that has been going on in all countries and its affect upon the economy.

My main belief behind the run-up in the price of gold is due to the prolific amount of printing the central banks around the world have been engaged in. The more money that sloshes around, the less valuable it is.

The total amount of gold mined during the world’s history would amount to a square just over 20m in length per side.  

If we considered the number of one dollar bills it would take to represent the M2 money supply of the US and laid them end to end, it would span the distance between the sun and Jupiter.
