GSK's Peril to Ignore Biota/Relenza?

As I research investment connected with global pandemic, I'm confused about GSK/Biota alliance around Biota's Relenza. Seems GSK has not followed through with its marketing commitments for Relenza and now GSK faces a $400+million lawsuit brought by Biota. Why would GSK act in such a counter productive way on such a high profile issue like pandemic? And in the process, break a legal agreement with Biota that could be costly to shareholders! These two recent stories concern me as a potential GSK investor:

http://www.pharmamanufacturing.com/articles/2007/093.html

http://www.tjols.com/webStory/may22_biota.jsp

Just figured that i'd put this out there.
Given Imaging makes camera pills - instead of having a scope shoved up your a**, you take this pill and it takes color pictures of your tract. the pill uploads to a fanny type pack that you wear for about 24 hours.
i bought this stock way back in the day, at around $11.00 and sold it just before it peaked. I've been looking at it on and off, seeing about getting back into it, but i'm cautious, they keep inproving their product and it seems that the "better" the more it drops.
Luke
