NEW YORK (Reuters) - Luxottica Group (NYSE:LUX - News; Milan:LUX.MI - News), the world's biggest eyewear maker, said on Wednesday it would buy U.S. sunglasses maker Oakley Inc. (NYSE:OO - News) in an all-cash deal worth about $2.1 billion.
