There will be no financials.  The company has no desire to let the investors know that the increase in "trades" is actually sales by the company for needed cash.  The only information in doing DD comes directly from the company.  If you had a dollar for every claim that a Pink Sheet company made that is not true you would be rich.

I have done my DD as well as other people on this site. You should try doing DD for yourself and if there are financials that will show the company making an effort to increase shareholder value then post it. I have tried to contact the company directly as well as the Transfer company with no success. I have tried to get a better feel for the direction this company is going and see what it has to offer for it's investors or possible future investors. Until I see something in writing about this companies financials I will continue to say (IMO) that this company is a rip for the investor...and oh by the way I liked your post pumping this stock here:

First of all you need to get a grip on yourself and stop taking any valid criticism of any stock personally. I understand that you have invested a lot of your own money into this company over the last few years. All I have done is give you and any other reader of the post on this site the truth as to the company and the companies transfer agent unwillingness to produce something that will show that this is a legit company trying to do the right thing. I have not bashed this company at all, what I have said and will continue to say is that this company is not releasing financials for a reason...what do you think the reason is? You have not posted not one shred of evidence that this company is working to increase shareholder value. Look, this is no personal attack so please stop treating it that way...just post your opinion with valid data with any financial reporting and all will be well.

I would say that you have very little to laugh about. You were hyping SHRN when it was about .07 to .085 and it now sits at .0015.

You pumped ETLC for over a year starting when it was about .25. in January of 2005. It is currently trading at .054. Do you remember some of the grandiose statements that you made during that time. You stated that you had the CEO's telephone number and that you knew things that the other posters did not. Remember the statement, "going to the moon"?

Remember GMTH? You said "see ya at $3.00". The company reverse split and sits at sub penny now.

In January you said that HNSO is going to be a 1000% gainer. In November it as trading at .017 and now sits at .0065. Give yourself a break and spend your money on candy. The result will be much sweeter.

Try .003 when it ran to .178. I accumulated for well over a year and eventually sold at the top (4 mil shares). Made some nice coin there. I still support the investors that own it and feel the company is still viable, even as a shell. Now is a great time to pick some up very cheap.

I got in at .10 cents pre split. It did run to $1.49. Flipped it several times and made money there as well. The AHM deal fell through, but thats OK. This stuff happens even to the best of them. The company still has enormous possibilities under Howes leadership. We will just have to wait until they launch their service, which should happen this summer.

I never said $3.00. You must be thinking of someone else. I did announce it sub penny though and guess what Popeye...it moved to the .02's. Everyone made money on that one. Unfortunately they still have a CD and the CEO can't seem to get it together, although they are selling one of their Green products in NY city which loves HNIPU.

They had some delays that they are now over coming. The pps was stable at around .016 for close to a year. As for 1,000%, that number is a bit low. I now feel that .15 cents isn't out of the question. I stand to make even more $$ then on SHRN when this one runs and when it does, it will be even bigger than SHRN, imo

Don't kid yourself, there are some heavy hitters watching this one very closely. When they see the right news, filings, listing on the OTCBB, etc,... they will jump in like no tomorrow and HNSO will move faster than an old man with diarrhea racing for the toilet.


I should also add that this is at the bottom, as in the 52 week low. It's not like some who talks up stocks when they are already at 75% of their 52 week high. There is enormous upside potential and I really don't feel that anyone will get burned here. Remember, there is NO Convertible Debenture to worry about. The company has not been selling shares. The long term debt, which was held by one of the B.O.D's has been retired. The company has acquired controlling interest in GMD, inc with projected revenues of $10,000,000.00 on a profitable basis.

All we have to do is wait for them to file and relist on the OTCBB. Thats not too far away, imo.

I sure wouldn't want to be Popeye when this one runs!!!

Tell that to someone who will believe it.  Your posts indicate the opposite.  Show me where ETLC ever got above .45.  Your posts indicate that you bought all of these stocks near the top and followed them down.

See the bottom line.  Your credibility is shot.  If anyone checks your posts they will find that you did exactly opposite of what you are saying.  Buying at the top and holding to sub penny is not the way to make money.

Popeye, if you spent as much time doing DD as you do researching a post I made back in 2005, you might actually know a bit more about HNSO and what their potential is. Maybe I did say 3 bucks, but that was way back before the RS, when they were discussing another order of Nucap being used on the Chernobyl reactor where it was first used. There is nothing like it on the market. The company had enormous potential back then. Did you ever see SPEA when it ran from .10 to $5.00? $3.00 was a possibility, imo.

As for "Tell that to someone who will believe it." I really don't care. It's not like I'm trying to get your approval.


Stick with your gold and silver and don't forget to tell us all what the price closed at after the close, lol. If you could tell us what the closing price might be before the close, now that would be worth listening to.


Oh, I almost forgot...ETLC put out news this morning. They will be launching within weeks. The chart won't show the high I mentioned, because they are adjusted to account for the split which was a 4 for 1 forward split, which closed at .24 cents. Whats .24 cents x 4 Popeye? Just under a dollar. It peaked at around $1.49 then dropped to around a dollar, then the forward split. I know it's sometimes hard to piece things together years after the fact. Just because you can't find the real info, doesn't mean it false.

Keep an eye on HNSO. Imo they are very close. MM's are really trying hard to keep it down.

All of this is of course, JMHO

ETLC has never been anywhere near a dollar at least not in the past five years.  You still have a propensity for listening to and believing everything that a Pink Sheet management has to say.  Hopefully some day you will learn.  News out on ETLC this morning and the stock is currently down 20% at .04.  Investors are realizing that ETLC has been saying the same thing for years.  Trust in a Pink Sheet company management puts you on  the road to disaster.
