There has been a new member level for people to reach called Super Member. This new elite level is for members who have surpassed the 500 post count. Super Members will enjoy all the benifits of Premium Members with the added benifit of being able to purchase shares in any Private Stock Offerings by Investor's Paradise. |

I would be curious to see how you are going to accomplish this... if you were to go with a Reg D in the US you will be limited to 35 people that are non-accredited unless you try to go with a rule 504 exemption. I don't think this would qualify for an LPO and a SCOR would be very difficult considering your users are spread all over the US.
No offense, but I have to tread lightly here.... that comment is starting to sound like other "penny" stock companies out there that people have thrown money at with little to no assets and no liquidity.

Nice to see you online.
First off IP is a Canadian company.
I also would certainly caution anyone wanting to invest in IP, currently all of our owners are involved in the moderator team, and we have made attemps to spread ownership around, with no one, aside from Seth and Myself, having an overly sizeable investment in the website.
This is our first attempt at making shares in IP available to our membership, and we certainly want to do what we can to dispel any fears of people wanting to invest in IP.
If you have any other comments they are greatly appricated.

I think one thing that really lends legitimacy to our Administrative team is that we are only rewarded with a very small amount of shares in IP Inc. and we are dedicated to staying that way until such a point where IP becomes profitable... |

We also only have around 7 shareholders, and due to our tight requirements dont anticipate passing 35 any time soon, if ever, I'm still looking intl the spesfic laws in canada |
