I'm finding that Richmond used to be Aavdex. When I search for Aavdex I get a lot of Richomd mineral info.
The switch over was cot made clear at all, at all. (
Does Aavdex have 2 names?
Is Aavdex gone?
Is Aavdex and Richmond Minerals the same company.
Aavdex traded till 2005, but I see Richmond traded as far back as 2001. How did Aavdex change over to become a company thay already existed?
Maybe Aavdex just decided to pick the name of the street they are located on and went with it.

Richmond Minerals Inc., formerly Aavdex Corporation, is engaged in base and precious metal mining and related activities, including exploration and development in Northern Ontario. The Company holds 100% interest in a group of 65 contiguous unpatented mining claims and 50% interest in 35 claims located in the Swayze Area, Porcupine Mining division, Ontario. During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2004 (fiscal 2004), the Company acquired an option on six claims located nine kilometers northwest of Atikokan, Ontario. The Company entered into an agreement to acquire 30% interest in 894 claims located in Ungava Bay region of Northern Quebec. During fiscal 2004, the mineral properties of the Company included Black Fly property, Thunder Bay Mining division; Ungava Bay district, northern Quebec; Botwood Basin, Newfoundland, and Swayze Township, Thunder Bay Mining division.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 November 2005, Richmond Minerals Inc. reported no revenues. Net loss increased 90% to C$93K. Revenue reflects the Company still being in the exploration and development stage. Higher loss reflects an increase in management fees, higher general & administrative expenses, increased transfer agent fees and the presence of a loss on sale of marketable securities. Richmond Minerals Inc. is engaged in metal mining.
