pinksheets.com doesn't have their outstanding share count....Like alot of Pink/BB companies they're state of incorporation is Nevada, (Deleware is another favorite for penny stocks).

One thing I like...there's no news/hype/promo going on that I can see.  And a quick glance at the chart shows it trading at/near it's historic low.  Are you hearing rumours or anything?


Come and join me in "THE SWAMP", the OTC swamp that is.  Help me identify which stocks have the postential for BIG GAINS before the industry hacks start pumping and dumping them.

No I have not heard any rumors.I only invested $500 so i'm not freakin out if I got scammed.My ASP is .039 so maybe when it hits .05 or so i'll just dump it and move on to something else.also have noticed the volume for this stock is very low.Does not seem to be much interest but hopefully that will change.thanks again
