Decent stock with good game plan.

Been following this one since January 06.  Avg cost 0.057 up today 0.063 on 71,300 shares - gain of $541.  I'll be holding this one for quite a while.  Lots of room to grow.  Company recently acquired 50,000 acres in W. Virginia of coal bed methane, coal, and oil.  Sold off 6,000 acres at $4.5M.  These acres are in prime oil producing territory.  Another company is already producing on 884,000 acres same area.

Company will do well in the petroleum and NG market.  Today it closed at 0.07 with a gain of $1041.

Will continue holding this one.  It's got lots of room to grow.

Nice tidy gain on 0.057 purchase of 71,300 shares.  Owned shares of it since January and been following the company.  Live here in Oklahoma City and they used to operate out of El Reno, OK just down the highway 10-15 miles.

Oklahoma knows the Oil and gas businesses.  Employers in the Oil and gas industry are hurting so bad companies are having trouble finding people to work the fields.  Pay is up just to attract 'em.

Look for EESV to breakout today.

The day, 1mo, 3mo, 6mo, and 1year MACD, MFI, Parabolic SAR, and volume all indicate the stock price will move significantly higher today.

The upward volume trend over the past few days coupled with movement above the 50 day EMA and the 50 day EMA converging, intersecting, and surpassing the 200 day EMA indicates a big breakout.

I expect the price to move to at least 0.09 or higher before the closing bell today.  See the graph.

Just as predicted, the price reached 0.09.

This is not over by a long shot.  The Sept through EOM of Oct are good price appreciation months.  I predict between now and EOM Oct the price will continue breaking new highs through to 0.45 and higher.

I have complete confidence in the management team that they are agressively pursuing every tactical and strategic objective in their long term plan.  And it shows.

The relatively few short months since converting from a primary focus of environmental wastes to oil and NG exploration, drilling, and production has been significant.

The attached doc containing 1 day, 5 day, 3mo, 6mo, and 1 year graphs all indicate upward price momentum.

I look forward to EOY 2006 and EOQ 1st Quarter 2007.

I love oil!

Today, EESV is sitting with an Asking price of 0.11.

The MACD, MFI, Volume, Parabolic SAR, and other chart indicators point to the stock rising further today.

Additionally, the news is not good for the oil consumer at 0542 CDT, US - Hurricane season is just starting to peak, IRAN's nuclear enrichment ambitions causing market uncertainty, US wants to impose economic sanctions on IRAN (the 4th largest exporter of Oil), supply constraints, rising demand (i.e., China increased oil consumption by 12% in July), and most important very few refineries left to process the oil.  Most refineries are 20 and 30 years old!

I expect the market price to go from .09/share to a minimum of .11/share on the news just noted.

I had sell orders in this morning but cancelled them after reading the Asian news that Oil and demand for Oil was up.

This also plays well into AUCAF.PK (Australian and Canadian Oil Royalty Ltd).

Last, I used to hold SBR since January but recently sold when Oil started to slide.  Could have kicked my butt.  Was receiving divs of $210.00/mo on 562 shares.  I loved the monthly dividend.  SBR as an investment was good.  Wasn't fast enough for me though - I wanted trading profits.

Poof - EESV!  Been very, very, good to me.  Don't want to let it go to my head though.

Yes...I did let it go to my head.

But as I mentioned in the AUCAF thread the forecasts, for petroleum supply/demand, by the EIA, indicates oil is expected to average $70/barrel over the remainder of 2006 and through 2007 with gasoline averaging $2.62 to $2.72 per gallon.

So, its still a good buy at the present price with a lot of upside as they move to production with Santos 10 year processing agreement.

I picked up another 10,000 shares this morning.  Now up to 81,300 shares with average purchase price of .063.

My graph indicated that it dropped back to 0.075 but then shot back up to 0.09.  I have a limit order in for 10,000 more at 0.055 if it drops again.  I'd like to get up to about 100K shares then hold.

Bill.

Value investment?

One of the hallmarks to value investing, according to long-time, renowned, value investor Benjamin Graham, is finding companies that have strong balance sheets.  He indicates that Net Current Assets (Working Capital) must be greater than the total of Long Term Debt.

Working capital, calculated is the difference between Current Assets and Current Liabilities.  He indicates that value occurs when the Working Capital exceeds the LTD.  This means the company is able to pay its current debt and LTD with current cash.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=EESV.PK&annual

In this case, EESV has NCA (23,000) and LTD (0) yielding positive valuation.

This is only one factor necessary to be considered an undervalued company by the markets.

Yesterday a big selloff occurred as a result of the market overbought condition.

Still, the sell off did not have a signficant affect on EESV.  It's price dropped a 1.5  points and I would consider this an entry point.

This could also be a reflection that EESV is also undervalued for the current market price.   The bottom or support level, sitting at .09 indicates that there is plenty of upside.  I expect to see a break through of the resistance level currently sitting at .11 to occur sometime soon.

Even if the bears surface again EESV should hold steady or even rise.  At .09 I believe EESV is undervalued given their current and near future financials.
