They're fighting a delisting from the AMEX, this is a former OTC company that made the jump to the AMEX about a year ago if memory serves.

They've got some toutsheet/analyst type coverage which is liking helping:

bellweather.com, streetinvesting.com, wallst.net, The Street Review...those are the ones I come across on smallcapcenter.  I'd check the disclaimers with those companies to see if and how they're being compensated.  Typically they provide coverage for a fee and don't verify any of the information they're providing...it's basically advertising for companies needing to sell shares.

If you've been invested for a while and have lost money...and that's a pretty good bet for anyone holding for any length of time given their chart:

I've never come across a company with that type of promotion going on that didn't appear to be heading up...good luck with it.

IMO, There is some Insider INFO.
