Good evening guys.

I have to go, my wife is out with her friends, my son is sleeping and I have to iron a lot of T-shirts and other things.  It's sad to say, but It's truth.
Ehhh, where is finished the real italian man? Girls have too much power in these decades.
I'm joking guys I'm not that kind of man.

So, see you tomorrow. Happy for the new board, a beer is a need now with 30° C. But first ironing. :/

Listen I agree. I am a good looking guy and I will probably die single because I chose to move to an island full of dudes. What a stupid choice. ALl the hot girls have no interest in me and are all taken.

Oh well. Times have changed.

I am off to the gym now as my workout partner is there and has to leave to the mainland in three hours. I will be back after that.

You can tell that is a bit more dead around here after the fiasco of the last two days.

You notice that too, market. Or is it that I just came in here a bit late? Seems to me that some still may not be able to log on.

Just think about 19 new people signed up during the period that the hacker erased. Since then out of those 19...zero have resigned up.

Hope this is a HUGE lesson for these guys.

I agree, I wasn't able to get on last night and this morning.  I have noticed that there isn't as many people in here.

It should be a lesson, I think these guys have the wits to make sure this doesn't happen again.  If it does, well then we'll have to go somewhere else.  I don't anticipate this happening again, De and Seth will make sure of that.  Their success is directly tied to this Forum.

They know that. All you have to do is go to the bottom of the homepage and look at what happened to the total number of clicks on the site after January 25th. That is when I signed on.

I sent a large email discussing why this can NEVER happen again or else.........

Every site experiences difficulties from time to time...RB, ihub...all of 'em.  If people like the site and the posters they'll come back.

The big boys are already here, you can tell when you see guys trying to lure people into crappy OTC and PINK stocks with little or no real analysis.  "THIS IS A GOOD ONE I THINK"...that's usually a dead giveaway.

I think this is the greatest board site for message boards ever. I wouldn't mind seeing this site grow to a point where the message board is just ONE of the features.

I know this much I wouldn't have signed on with Seth and Justin if I didn't feel the passion from them. I already know I can do my own thing. But these young guys and the drive Seth has was gripping. It made me realize that there is a good chance this site can become a great site.

It will never be marketwatch.com or realmoney.com but you know what I mean a nice community for traders to congregate along with a place where you can get some premium products.

Too bad the other professionals don't have any heart. Even with a paid site I will be posting free stuff all over this site.

I love this crew. They are the best.

You have to give them credit how fast they fixed things. Now if I can just get all the old readers who were regulars back.

They are emailing me and messaging me telling me they can not even see the homepage. They are getting a log in page for site administrators.

I miss my whole crew and know a lot of ppl should be here today that are not because they CAN NOT get in.

Hmmmm, last night I was getting that log in page for admins, but not today.....wonder why it's affecting some and not others.  I see we've had 15/20 people on at a time today.

I became a member, and signed in here yesterday, but what I see here is not normal.
I belong to many other Sites , and members post all over the place.
Why don't the members in here post anything, thats what sites like this are here for.
Other sites have 50 - 60 +  members logged on all the time.
It's a little strange .
that is just IMO, maybe I'm not a member long enough.

It is because this one is only a year old and the other reason is the past two days have been the craziest two days EVER in here. The site was down, my board was hacked and deleted, many accounts were erased, and all new members were. And now I have members who can't even see the homepage.

Normally it is a bit busier but it is more quiet here because we make sure ONLY quality gets through. I only operate my board and don't pay attention to the rest of the site.

But I know for a fact Justin and other mods are on top of deleting all pumps and keeping only the highest qulaity of info. Most traders are stupid. They dont know how to trade. They dont do it for a living. All they do is hype.

All other chat boards are that. Hype. There is not one professional trader that spends all day "chatting" about stocks on random message boards. Only hype artist.

This could explain why you see more activity. I doubt this board will be that quiet in five years.

Thank you for all your observations.

Realize that the past two days have been the worst two days of this site since inception. My board is the most active by far and had a TON of post. It was erased on Tuesday. Hopefully, we can get the archives back this weekend.

I hate to tell you the facts but 99% of everyone who attempts to make a career out of trading fails.

You may not be stupid. But when I use the word stupid I am speaking of people giving stock advice without having a proven record of making money and/or really know what they are doing. Most people just pump whatever they are bagholders of.

I have been around long enough and spend over 12 hours a day on this stuff. I have seen TONS of "knowledgable" posters all of a sudden disappear. Not once, not twice, not one hundred times...many more.

Go to #daytraders or #activetraders chatrooms. Memorize peoples name get their emails and see if they are trading for a living three years from now. These are your most chatty types.

Professionals that chat alot obviously love what they do.

I am a stupid trader!!!! This is a game that is never mastered. I am always stupid to the big stock market.

RevShark and TokyoJoe both asked me to partner with them. So obviously I have something go for me.

But I still think I am a stupid trader. Did anyone see BIDU? Wasn't I long that loser?

Until I bat 10 for 10 I am still a stupid trader.

have you ever heard of the CANSLIM method?

If the market was a gamble then how in the hell am i doing it for a living for the past six years?

It is not a gamble.

Look at my record in bull markets I am 70% right. In bear markets I am 50%. Cutting losses around 10% or less always.

money management and a great system always beats luck

If you think the market is a gamble you are wrong. That is not IMO. That is fact.

CANSLIM buddy!!!! Realtime following by AAII has proven it works.

Speaking of which (living on this rock). After almost two and a half months we finally have some decent size surf on our South Shores. It is almost overhead and that is good for the summer.

I should be out all day after the market closes.

It was a pleasure meeting you eug. I look forward to many future conversations.

I will be back later on tonight when most of you are peacefully asleep. Or having a scary nightmare.

Aloha and have a great day/afternoon/evening!

Yeah, no i realize also that readership is also lower in the summer. It should pickup nicely in the winter. Also being in a bull market and bear market is a key factor. Heck I don't help by telling people to go on a vacation during this bear market but now is better and in hindsight they will say "he was right. It was a great time to take a vacation." Maybe they wont!!

LOL.

Success is a State of Mind - - Tommy Bahama
Profits always take care of themselves but losses never do. The speculator has to insure himself against considerable losses by taking their first small loss.  - -  Jesse Livermore
The game of speculation is the most uniformly fascinating game in the world. But it is not a game for the stupid, the mentally lazy, the man of inferior emotional balance, nor for the get-rich-quick adventurer. They will die poor.  - -  Jesse Livermore
