FWIW:
The daily and weekly Cumulative A/D's have swung positive.  Not exactly dynamic, but pos nonetheless.  Seems to me that any future "sustained" downswing in the mkt will have to see this reverse.

Hi Josh,

I am a new member here. I don't know how to send you email directly from http://www.investorsparadise.com/m-1153917352/s-new/.  I am very interested in your chart analysis. I always want to be a chart guru, but I have long way to go. The easier and more conservative way for me is to sell puts for the stocks that I like in case they put to me. What kind of chart strategy I should use to screen such stocks? I am watching the following stocks that I am interested in currently: CMED/NFI/NEW/PMTI/UNH/PHM/BSX/GM/PFE

Basically I am interested in dividend stocks and bottom fish. I have some cash in my Roth.  Could you share some of your thoughts on these? I am 90% cash now. I sold my calls and they all called out.

Thanks!

Josh,
I have ignored this email that I sent to you directly. I hope you don't ignore it here.  I believe you should treat people/investors equally whether it is via public message board or private message board. Otherwise, you should just take the private message part off the board if it does not work at all.

THanks!

So you are upset that Josh hasn't PM'd you back?

Test...don't worry about how you are being treated...long run not worth it...Post your question on the message board where more than Josh can help you out...that is the reason for the board.

Stay in cash brother...best place to be.

I am not upset. I am very dispointed. But I still don't know if he had read my email or not. I just hope he is not different person he is represented here.
Nothing to be upset about it. Anything can happen in this kind of free msg board.
Thanks for your concerns!
I am glad you ask! I hope no one think that I am upset over such little thing!

PHEW!

Put it this way, could you imagine how many PMs Josh may get?  Plus, to ask specific questions it is much better to do it on the board.

Anyways, stay in cash for the moment...

Get out of here, Test. Different person than I represent. Go somewhere else. I don't want to deal with people that have the kind of attitude you do.

I been at this too long to deal with this. Just like RevShark, you will have the opportunity to either pay or you can just enjoy the free stuff while it is free.

I did not get any email so don't get your skirt in a knot.

I don't know what you want me to do? DO you see how I trade. I NEVER bottom fish. I never buy anything under the 50 dma. I am a CANSLIM investor. I don't ever change. THis is the ONLY way I say to trade.

If you want to bottom fish and use options to gamble on the market go somehwere else.

If you want to learn how to make money in the stock market the right way using a system that has worked since the dawn of time then this is the place to be.

I don't like your attitude and I HATE your strategy.

NFI GM and PFE are the only two charts half way decent. All the rest of your charts are in downtrends. Why buy that crap? It could take years and years and years to go through all the resistance.

Stick with leaders. New highs go higher. New lows go lower.

All of these charts are ugly.

Never buy anything not above the 50 dma and never buy anyhting unles the 50 dma is above the 200 dma.

The short-term trend is definitely up in all the indexes and even though there is no volume this move still looks to have more room due to the fact that stocks simply don't want to stay down right now.

Me too.  Right now I'm sort of "paper" trading on Marketwatch's Virtual Stock Exchange.  Does anyone else here have an acct on http://vse.marketwatch.com?  If so, we should start a game for all IP folks.  Give us something to do until the market decides which way to go. (sorry, josh, if this is in the wrong thread BTW)

You can set up pretty much all the parameters: starting cap, min share price, trade commission, is margin allowed, margin rates, credit rates on cash balance, is shorting allowed, allow limits, allow stop orders, etc
