I was asked about this stock by a member through e-mail.

GRMU's current ratio is very weak only 0.03... meaning in the short term it owes almost 34x what it is worth. However it has much less Long Term Debt, and when that and its Property Plant and Equipment are taken into account its Assests to Liabilities is only 0.25 meaning it owes 4x what it is worth. Still not overly solid but much better than 34x.

They haven't shown any revenues as far as I could see, which is odd, and certainly not good. They have been cutting their expenses which is always a good thing.

They don't seem to be issueing stock like crazy, which in one respect is nice, they don't decrease share value by tossing out new stock left and right, but they also look like they could go under at any moment.

DeMerchant, this stock was heavily pushed by two posters from another board that made several proclamations that never did take place.

In the last quarterly statement the long term debt is about the same as the corresponding quarter one year ago, $220,662 - $217,838.  On 3-31-06 there were 3,729,678,764 shares outstanding and 4,787,821,621 on 5-10-06.  That means that the company issued 1,058,142,857  shares in 40 days or about 35,000,000 every trading day.  GRMU will need to reverse split very soon so that the company can continue to fleece the unsuspecting investors.
