Question,
Has anyone heard of SLXI?
I've been following them for a while... year and a half ago they were trading over 2.00...
Originally issued 44000000 shares, since January increased to 80,000,000 shares.
Can anyone tell me what they think. I've talked to some people who say it looks good but there are no Guarantee's right!
Past few days there have been huge trading volumn's, majority were buys.
Any thoughts??? |

There are 2 things that you can pretty much assume about any company issueing shares that fast.
1 - They have people promoting the stock 2 - They are in financial trouble
There may still be money to be made off this company, but it will be made on the hype not on its financial viability... (I couldn't find the financial statments for this company, if you can direct me to them then I can give you a better analysis) |

Yeah i breifly looked at those ones but they are very old (The most recent statment is the yearly 2005) so it dosent really show the changes (issued shares) or the reasons for them in those |

They've had good PR's. Recently started putting out product. Business gaining contracts. Recently two international merges (I've seen somewhere the stocks associated big dollars)... I dont really know what to think.... |

SLXI has had more press releases over the past few months than any penny I have seen. There have been many reasons for the drop in the price of the stock.
1. SLXI continues to have a negative net worth.(owes more than the company is worth)
2. Reverse split on 10-21-04 and O/S are very close to that point again.
3. A filing for an extension of the 10K report.
4. A filing to replace the accountants.
5. Revenues remain extremely low.
The company apparently received a 2,500 unit contract but I'm not sure how much this will effect the bottom line. |

True,
well, I have about 25000 shares bought in @ 0.04, hoping that they release some finanical news soon... I figure that is what the increase trading volumn is about over the past few days... today already it climb back up to 0.06 cents.
I'm hoping that they'll be a PR release soon and I can sell around 10 cents. When I first bought I had heard pricing rises toward 0.35 cents but the highest it went to was about 0.15.
Unless the news coming is excellent I figure to get rid of it around 10 cents.
Next few days will tell I guess.
Popeye... thanks for your input and time, it's appreciated.
Hopefully the next few days will tell but looks to be on it's usual "small" upward climb
Peace bro |

Dis, the investors seem to like this filing but I am not sure why. Apparently the company has decided not to file the 10K and instead they will stay on the Pink Sheets.

1st off congrats djs on the nice gains over the past day...
I guess this is one of those companies that may financially be a loser, but could put some easy money in your pocket if you get in and out at the right time. |

Thanks, Another penny and I'll be selling to double up Is there any hope of this thing ever flying. I heard that they were doing restructuring of the company over that last few monthes and that it would soon be settled. Could be one reason why they didn't file at that time. |

With pennies just about anything can happen. I would be very careful with this restructuring. That usually means a reverse split and now that the company is staying on the Pink Sheets it is not required to post any prior notice. |
