ANSWER TO HIS QUESTIONS


Before I explain to any of you why I like this company and why I see the potential here, I think it would help for you to know a little bit more about me and what I do for a living.

I was educated at the New York Institute of Finance, and I have held several positions on Wall Street where I spent 15 years. This includes being employed by The New York & American Stock Exchanges, until becoming a consultant for the last 12. I know the business, and I learned hands on at a young age. I started on the street while I was a kid as a messenger when I was 15 years old and worked my way up. I was never a registered broker and I am not one now either.

In 1998 I left Wall Street and started my own consulting company. Now I have a media company. My clients have been on ABC, NBC, Howard Stern, as well as other print media.

I also started Nohypenobull.com, a newsletter on pennystocks that actually help investors make money, not lose it. I have had several companies gain over 5000%, alot gained over 1000% and most of them have alway's been a success. Remember, I am not running the company, I just did my own DD and I thought that "IF" they were able to execute the business plan, people could make serious money. And I will end with that........


Now, getting to ETLC and where I see positives......


The Company itself:

Officers hold 44 million shares. Not one has ever sold! The stock was $1.60 at one point! Why didnt they run away multi millionaires? They believe in the company!
This Company has done everything necessary to become compliant, all filings are done, and they are off lousy pink sheets.
They have no S-8 on file. They arent printing paper everyday. So as far as the company being upfront, they are.

The technology:

I believe that the new online currency will be a huge success "IF" it is marketed properly. I spoke to the tech people in journalism and they are all gung ho waiting for the launch......is ETLC taking a long time? Yes they are, but you can get answers if you call them and ask. The reason for the delay was fine with me and that is why I stay with this company. I am not typing 20 paragraphs about it, because it doesnt matter anymore. Its all fixed. Try to remember this, when they launch the software, I guarantee alot of un-biased exposure. Which means NOT PAID.......News media! Bottom line here, you cant argue with the fact that people will use it, so will merchants. Competition is good also, we cant have everyone using etelcharge now can we? The market is huge, so the numbers will be too. Big companies make predictions based on the market size. Thats why I say it is so undervalued right now.


You want to throw numbers around?

This is a PENNY STOCK........
The software has not been launched yet...So why were you looking for revenue? Also, the company had to fork over alot of money to auditors and accountants this year to become compliant. How do they survive otherwise? Come on call it like it is. Every small company faces the same struggle. But you failed to mention one key fact here. Unlike other foolish companies, ETLC thought about the shareholders first and did not do a convertible debenture. Why didnt you mention that? All financing was probably done with restricted stock. Its
called using equity!

LEBED

He was brought on to create investor awareness and he did the usual.....Got his buddies to load up ahead of the game, and they all profited. Longs stayed strong, and didnt lose anything..think about it. the stock was dead and .07 cents!
Do I agree with this? Yes and No.......The kid is a crook, if he was honest it would be good. He ruined himself! Look for lebed indicted anyday now, imo.

MERGER

If you think it wont happen, make a bet with me. You need to understand that this is real and AHM is merging with Etelcharge (pending SEC approval). Then you have to stop opinionating and ask yourself why? 100 million in gross revs is alot of money to bring to the table. It changes everything here. You think it wont happen, I know it will. Make a phone call to Sherman, ask him.

In conclusion:

The skeptics here are intelligent people. They do have alot of input that can be positive when we need it. But to me, it seems that they are on a daily mission to find negative things to mention to fullfill a personal vendetta they have with another poster. If they didnt have that agenda they would see it differently.


One last question to the two of them........

DO YOU OWN ANY SHARES? IF NOT, WHY ARE YOU HERE?
