In case you haven't been watching, ETLC has made the jump to the OTCBB and is ready to play. I've been investing in it for over 14 months now. This one has a very low float due to the longs having a tight hold on shares. They took a long time to get where they are, but I think the wait is going to be worth it. They are very close to completion of the merger with the Home Market Corporation which has a yearly revenue of somewhere around $100,000,000.00. Etelcharge.com has a Fraud Proof online payment system which is going to catch on very quickly after they roll it out via the $3,000,000.00 advertising campaign mentioned in one of the PR's last fall. Imo, it will compete with PayPal and Google's if they ever get theirs together.

Do your own DD people, but what ever you do, keep it on your watch list. I feel news is backed up in the pipeline big time and it's about to start soon, now that the major issue of listing has been successfully completed.


My price target is at least .80 cents with the possiblity of several dollars by the end of the summer.

private??  As far as I can tell American Home Market Corp is private.  Will wait for merger to complete
before looking at it again.

American Home Market Corp is being aquired by Etelcharge and ETLC will be issuing them restricted shares (for two years). There are electronic  feed issues going on, so you can't get an accurate bid/ask right now. I think it will be resolved soon. I think news is being held back until this issue is resolved.

They are not diluting the stock and as soon as the merger is completed they will become an entirely new company with something like $100,000,000.00 in revenues at around 128 million shares. Do the math people. Where does that put the share price?

The stock symbol is staying the same but there will be a brand new BOD and a massive infusion of cash to roll out the Etelcharge online fraud proof technology.

I've been in pre forward split. Over 14-16  months now buying on the dips. It took some time, but things are unfolding very nicely, just as the company has stated in their PR's. ETLC is now fully reporting and on the OTCBB. The low prices won't last too much longer people.

There was only one market maker who agreed to trade ETLC on the OTBCC, which is why there is such a problem with getting a bid/ask right now. How can an investor buy or sell a stock without an accutrate bid or ask?

The other market makers can't trade ETLC shares on the OTCBB until a waiting period is over and it's just about done.

If you read the raging bull ETLC thread you will see nothing but bashers complaining about the company and several other issues. Imo, it's because while on the pink sheets, it was naked shorted into the single digits and now that it's in the last few days, the MM's have hired the bashing crew to drive people away so they can buy cheap shares and cover.

All I can say is...GET READY FOR A 1000% GAINER!!!

Well, the MM's are showing up now on the OTCBB. Between 7 and 8 MM's trading ETLC now. Should be more by the end of this week.

Etelcharge has completed their re-entry onto the OTCBB and is showing 16 MM's now. Yesterday we saw record volume and closed up 67%. On the 1st of August the new CEO will take control and the company will in effect become a brand new venture with one of, if not the only fraud proof online payment system on the internet. Etelcharge has an internet changing technology people!!! You don't find Growth stocks like this very often.

The new company will have revenue of around $100,000,000.00 with an O/S of around 128,000,000 shares.

Do the math people. This is one stock that I see going to a dollar or more in short order.

There are only so many trading days left before August 1st. Between today and the 1st, imo, we will see very heavy trading. This is a great time to get on board because this one is going To The Moon!!!

This stock is being heavily pumped on several sites.  ETLC may be good for a quick hit but I can see no value here.  Total assets for this company are $9,313 while there are $662,320 in current liabilities.  The company owes 66.8 times what the entire company is worth and it is all due in the current year.  Losses last quarter were $121,626 with an accumulated loss of $12,427,218 over seven years.  Revenues for last quarter were only $7,521 with an accumulated total of $26,626 in seven years.

ETLC continues to issue shares to survive and would fold in a very short time without the funds from unsuspecting investors.  Below is a sentence from the latest 10Q.

"Our operations have been funded solely through the issuance of our common shares".
