Michael Oyster Named CEO of New Business Unit That Will Lead the Next Wave of Technology Infrastructure Growth

Charys Holding Company, Inc. (CTG), a new business unit that will integrate key strategic assets in the expanding technology and telecommunications services arena. In his address to the United States Internet Industry Association, Michael Oyster, the newly appointed CEO of Charys Technologies Group, defined the strategic value drivers for 2006 that leverage the strengths of each of the Charys "platform" companies within a singularly focused strategy.
