Vince I have microsoft outlook 2003 and its giving me and error I have reinstalled and repaired and the message keeps popping up what can i do?

I installed word ran the whole office set up got updates and still the same errror Iris |

do u still have outlook express when you uninstall outlook 2003?
i use the express, not a big fan of the other outlooks |
