Gerhard, it doesn't look good.  The CEO has been selling shares for the past six months and has gone from having 15,591 to the current 8,819.

Current assets------------$88,174
Current liabilities---------$5,304,817
Total assets--------------$193,563

This means that the company owes over 60 times what it can pay in the current year and over 27 times what the entire company is worth.  On top of this the company continues to lose money and lost $1,126,779 last quarter.  The CEO is abandoning a sinking ship.  If I held stock in this company I would dump it immediately.  All indications are that it will continue down hill, especially with the massive negative net worth.

Jerry,
I agree with you, it's just that the latest PR looks very promising, lol
On the other hand , the HYBRID business is gaining more support lately.
and HYBT is supported by VW and CHRYSLER.

For now I keep it on the Radar screen.

Thanks Jerry for your answer

PS. - HYBT pays a Divident of 0.95 ps - ( 12.80% yield )
