I used to be into daytrading, but I slowly got away from it. I didn't have enough time for it. However, when I was into it, I remember checking all of my investments in the 10 minutes I'd have between each class. It's a lot easier if you have a blackberry.

scalps to me in stocks are like 10-40 cent gains quickly , I just wondering if anyone does scalping for a living on futures?

I have my futures account open, traded for a few days, mainly scalps, doing extremely well though, i'll keep posted try to see how I stand for a constant trades all week long.

hows the scalping coming vince? and what broker are you useing? how much $$$ would you say you need to have invested to do it effectivly? What commodity in perticalur are you scalping with? Just wondering as im not really into trading, but i know a fair bit about commodities, and think i might ask my folks for some $$$ to help me start...

Seth I notice here you said you use the blackberry would you still recommend the blackberry , i dont know if you heard there is a lawsuit and i am wondering if still worth getting it and how did it go when you had it where you able to check your trades and everything fine..no problems
let me know I want to try it out i am tired of being in front of pc for long periods. I like the blackberry but with the recent lawsuit i am a little skeptical about purchasing it
