I bought this one with the hopes of it making a good make over 90 days ago and now I'm in the red. This may be one of those that will bite me in the  A** but I'm going to hold on to it just incase.  

That was my thinking when I initially did my research on the company. With all good luck it will become a real mover over the next 365.

Even with this news the stock price is being driven down. Not looking too good for RMDG as of yet, maybe a good time to lick your wombs and pull out before it hits .0001.  It looks like thats where its heading and heading fast. Stock is down -61% in the last 30 days and down again today so far 28% from yesterday.

Looks like business is starting to pick-up for RMDG. Hope the good PR's keep coming. Volume is already at 85M+ right now.

AWESOME!! Things are looking better and better for RMDG. Wonder what RMDG will look like next year when the company files thier 4th Qtr results? Debating whether or not to pick up a few more shares for a long run.

RMDG looked good in early trading then the selling off of shares took affect. It flirted with .002 but couldn't reach it. When it dropped to .0012 I picked up and additional 750000 shares. Will hold for now, it should pick up in the next week or so.  

Well, I hope the good news keep coming for this company. They could really do something in the market with only around $100,000.00 worth of debt at this time. A move to the OTCBB would also be a real booster for them.

Made a good move yesterday but the selling began today and hasn't let up yet. I will be glad when all the sellers are out of this one.

Well, maybe there will be a rebound for RMDG.PK next week. I think today its pretty much over for breaking even for the day.

Even with this down day it's ok. I'm still very much up on this one and hopefully when the MoTV / MoRHN llaunch happens in July I will be able to pick up a little more steam.

If you are thinking how I am thinking on this one, patience will more than nought make me a petty good penny on my 1.4m shares.

That is very much true. This stock would probably be at $0.03 or better by now if the day traders were out of it. But as soon as it reaches a decent price level, they go to selling and kill the gains that this stock has made. ONLY IF they were out the picture this stock would be a good gainer.

Thats for sure, patience is the key here. I will try to pick up another 2.0m today at 0.0016 to 0.0018 if possible.

If their "stars" had a positive impact on revenue and PPS, then such news would be of interest.

Newbie to this board so please bear with me.

I've been purchasing RMDG since January 06 just after their restructuring to a media company.

Just purchased 5.2M shares since the 3rd and still a buying more if it continues to drop considering where it has been over the past 6 months volatility.  I'm not a day trader or a chartist but rather a pragmatic fundamentalist and mid- to long-term investor.  I'll be holding at least 18 months.  

While I wish there was a way to see their numbers, and I've searched everywhere for them, here's what I believe:

1) Strategic plan - absolutely essential - I was glad to hear they spent a week to formalize it.

2) Distribution channels - will serve them well over the next two-five years

3) Leadership team - surrounded by media experienced people and continuing to recruit talented people.

4) CEO - not afraid to fire people to shake things up.

5) Content - If they don't have it, they create it or acquire it for resale

6) Market - Ring-tone, Music, Niche, Video, IPTV, MoTV, Cable Networks - right time, right place - see the attached doc of articles - last article toward the bottom.

7) Progress to date - Amazing for the short period of time since restructuring.

Revenue - They've already secured $100K for 2006 in one content deal among the many they're continuing to forge

9) Clients - Respected, Credible, and most notably large market caps (Google, Verizan, Apple, etc.).

10) Shares - Stopped issuing new shares - this is a great sign.  They indicated they're fully funded for operations.

Another article that supports the assertion that RMDG is in the right market at the right time and is correctly positioned.

While RMD has not published the results of its efforts to launch the MoTV platform in April, its alignment with eWAN for cable broadcast of RMD content, I have to believe that each of the alignments (i.e., including RHN-Real Hiphop Network and others) will pay off in early to mid 2007.

Building a business to produce revenue streams requires significant effort, well negotiated partnership and alignment deals, and planned deployed activities that produce revenue.

I think they're dead balls on with their partnering to promote hiphop concerts where they produce content for sale and viewing.  They're in the initial stages of branding their company and they need to associate new content with their company name.

I look forward to the day, and I believe its coming, when RMDG will be a recognized name in the content industry.

The PR news articles are great and easily found on any investment news website.  

Juniper Research and other sites (i.e., trade journals) are excellent sources of market information that this group could use to further shed light on the industry in which RMD operates.

RMD has obviously performed a SWOT (i.e., Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis developing their strategic plan.  

I would encourage each of you to dig deeper and find articles that support RMD's market penetration, distribution channels (i.e., pickwick group, universal music group, bugalo, etc.)

This board can be an even greater source of information and value to investors like yourself if we collectively raise the information quality bar.

Can you find me any recent financial statments? Honestly I'm a numbers kind of guy, and if I had some financial info I could give you a much better opinion.

This is one area that I'm having difficulty but will continue to search.

I have access to several data sources like Mergent Online, Datamonitor, etc. and have turned up nothing so far.

Pink sheet stocks are traded via brokerage.  If we knew the brokerage that underwrote RMD's stock issuance we'd be in a better position to find the info.

I've searched Edgar and nothing either.  Of course though Pk stocks are not required to provide info to Edgar as far as I know...I may be wrong.

You are correct the PK stocks don't ahve to provide financial info to Edgar and thats why I usually stear clear of them. I'm an accountant by education and thats why financial analysis is my major means of lookign at a company. Although I am becoming, through this website, more aware of the importance of companies having other information readily available.

While RMDG is not required to file with the SEC they are required to file with the IRS.
I would be very careful here.  RMDG had a reverse split in October of last year and have been issuing shares by the millions since that time just to stay afloat. The company currently has 100's of millions of shares again and I would look for another reverse split before the end of the year.  One of the problems with reverse splits from Pink Sheet companies is that there is no prior notice.  One morning an investor wakes up to find that he/she owns a lot less shares than the day before.  One thing that I would do before touching this company would be to call Heritage Trust and find out how many shares are outstanding and how many are authorized.
