Let's face it, 78,000th is high, but it's also better than 132,000th... and as was said earlier there is probally a significant delay in tracking... hopefully the improvments keep coming... |

RMD Entertainment and RHN Prepare to Go Live With World Premier of Roc Monee Video Next Week With Four Plays a Day Scheduled
Internet Wire via COMTEX
Nov 2, 2006 2:37:13 PM
PHILADELPHIA, PA, Nov 02, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
RMD Entertainment Group (PINKSHEETS: RMDG) proudly announced today that the debut video for artist Roc Monee will be world premiered on RHN beginning next week and will be inserted into their programming schedule a minimum of four times a day during the 6 hours of video blocks that the network currently broadcasts a day.
Giorgio Costonis, CEO of RMDG, said, "RMD and RHN have taken another step in demonstrating the powerful relationship that has been formed between both companies. We are confident that Roc's album will benefit from us having this relationship with RHN and expect sales to continue to increase as a result of his video being broadcast. At this moment our consultants continue to service the video to all broadcast outlets such as VH1, MTV1, MTV2, and Fuse. We will remain very aggressive in getting as much airplay as we can get on traditional cable channel lineups and internet portals with heavy traffic. Roc's talent stands on its own. All we have to do at this point is simply put the album in front of as many people as we can and watch them buy it up. Initial reaction to the project has been positive and we expect this momentum to continue to build. Now that we know that the airplay will be there for RHN, we are in the process of seeking a strategic partner from our list of ring-tone distributors to do some creative marketing and sales promotions for the 'Overdrive' ring-tone." |

RMD Entertainment in Midst of Building More Multimedia-Driven Website Internet Wire via COMTEX Nov 3, 2006 2:20:28 PM PHILADELPHIA, PA, Nov 03, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- RMD Entertainment Group (PINKSHEETS: RMDG) announced today that the current website located at http://www.rmd-entertainment.com is in the process of being replaced with a multimedia website that is designed to direct visitors to RMDG's digital distribution partners such as iTunes and X Ringer to purchase the content that is featured in video windows throughout the site. RMDG will also feature specific content from RHN in this new platform. Giorgio Costonis, CEO, RMDG, said, "I may have made a mistake in the approval of our current website design. We have been letting the world know that RMDG is where Hip Hop meets Wall Street but we didn't put enough Hip Hop in our website. Although we will keep a lot of the same information on the new site, it will have a different feel. For instance, if you are looking at our distribution page you may have a video window that has nothing to do with that aspect of the business but may interest you in some way. It may be Roc's video or an interview with Snoop Dogg. It's just an entertaining way of reminding our customers and our investors that, yes, we are a very serious company when it comes down to doing business but our business is still Hip Hop and always will be." Mark Davis, Vice President of Digital Distribution, said, "The whole process should take a month or so to complete. This is a positive move towards the most fruitful relationships that we can have with our 60 plus digital distributors and the visitors to our new site. The best place to be in a digital commerce world is a seamless one and we will continue to make our interactive content a method of inducing purchases from our viewers." |

There is something that is starting to wave flags at me .... look how long it took to produce Roc's first CD. The company has to produce five more from the two artists and they have to promote those artists to get the numbers. How is a small company going to do this with their limited resources? It seems they will have to enlist help from other companies to keep any kind of a meaningful time table on all this work. I would like to know what the CEO's strategy is on this?
We are looking at one CD every four month to keep on a reasonable schedule of say two years to produce six cd's. |

Unfortunately the company can continue to issue shares for the funds that are needed. If this is the case the dilution will continue to hurt the investors. |

I haven't seen the response from the CEO for the questions that were posted to him either. This is obviously just another BS penny stock dream. Especially because his so called business plan is falling apart by not keeping up with production. Thanks for all the opinions... |

I would not jump to that conclusion yet but it is worth considering! First lets see whether Roc's video is on MTV or not, then lets see his initial sales numbers, then lets see when Big Kuntry will expect to get his CD out. I think that will be enough to get a clear picture if this company is for real or not. All of the above should reveal itself easily by mid spring! JMHO! |

I can see that there is uncertainty and anxiety in the tone of your posts.
Yesterday I spoke with the CEO, Mr. Costonis.
I asked him about the status of the interview questions and he indicated that he has been working on them. He noted that he is sending the responses to each of his staff Fred Rollins, President of Film and Special Projects; Mark Davis, Head of Digital Distribution and President of Special Projects; and Kevin Hill -- European Liaison as a professional courtesy to look them over before submitting them to us.
There does NOT seem to be a conspiracy of deception here as the tone in your posts tend to indicate. They are working long hours and when he called me yesterday he was just leaving from a business meeting in LA to return to Philadelphia.
I have provided suggestions to Mr. Constonis, as many of you can do as well, regarding various aspects of his management strategies. The suggestions I provided can be used by any company to take the leadership team execution and performance quality to the next level. These suggestions are used by the majority of highly successful companies and he is open minded enough to listen to constructive input.
I am not a paid advisor nor am I a member of his staff. At this point my position is one of a supportive shareholder that encourages and supports the RMD leadership team suggesting business excellence strategies, transparency, and efforts to build a strong, sustainable, and thriving company. All of their actions to date seem to be aligned and congruent with their vision, mission, and strategy.
Rest assured that the RMD leadership team has a business and marketing plan, they are executing it, and I think we need to check our performance expectations whether they are realistic or unrealistic especially in light of an extreme grand strategy such as this short time-frame "Turn Around."
We should see the interview question responses in the next few days or so.
- Bill

Please clarify your question. I'm not sure what you mean. |

Gentle people,
I've been communicating with CEO, Mr. Georgio Costonis, lately about the interview questions and other matters. One of those other matters was to convey our Investor's Paradise member sentiment to the RMD's leadership team so that they are aware of it.
***************************
The following is a quote from his email to me tonight:
"...As far as a small address to the investment board" (i.e., Investor's Paradise) "goes please let them know I am fully dedicated to making this company a huge success and will not stop working until I achieve this goal. I look at RMDG as a reflection of myself and take a great amount of pride in my ability to execute our business plan given that it is both ambitous and attainable. The price per share does not in any way reflect the significant progress we have made to date. We have staged a turnaround with great success and we now have a growing, functioning, urban media conglomerate that is poised for serious growth and sucess.
I appreciate your support and your patience during these most exciting times.
I have been successful in other companies, in the past, and do not foresee any chance of failure with the foundation we have set forth to date.
RMDG has been undergoing a wonderful metamorphosis from a pie in the sky pinksheet company to a credible and functioning corporation, that can interact with world class companies, and that is able to sell its products around the world.
My job in the turn around is far from done and we continue to learn as we grow as a company but let me assure you, we have started to build a formidable venture together.
I am happy and proud to be associated with our current and future successes.
-Giorgio C Costonis CEO RMDG"
***************************
I hope you all didn't mind that I communicated your sentiment to RMD's leadership team. I just feel strongly that all companies should be aware of shareholder and investment message board comments as a sanity check.
He also noted in the email that he expects to have the interview questions to me by Monday noon. I hope to have them posted that evening.
Best wishes,
- Bill
