Hi,
Sorta new to this sight. Will anyone give me  feedback on CESY.
I bought it recently @ .002 on an upswing. Does anyone think it will
go to .003 again soon. Thanks for any comments.

OTC stocks are for trading imo not 'investing'.

I moved the thread from AMEX to OTCBB becasue CESY trades over the counter.  Looks like they're gonna try and play on the Homeland Security angle.

Come and join me in "THE SWAMP", the OTC swamp that is.  Help me identify which stocks have the postential for BIG GAINS before the industry hacks start pumping and dumping them.

Madam:

For years the management has been living off of the shareholders.  On 5-1-05 there were 343,133,662 shares outstanding.  As of 8-1-05 there were 4,796,102,805 with 5,000,000,000 shares authorized.  The company has issued approximately 161,897,821 per month for the past 25 months.  That is over 7 1/2 million per trading day.  Somehow they were able to secure $1,000,000 in financing but the debt is convertible to common stock and there is no room for conversion.  I would look for another reverse split in the near future.

The company has been steadily losing money but has a fairly strong balance sheet thanks to the investors.

I have no idea why but only half of the last post was printed.  There is some good news.

Current assets-----------$995,871
Total assets-------------$1,028,662
Current liabilities--------$567,513
Total liabilities-----------$800,013

The balance sheet figures are for the period ending on 6-30-05.  It might be interesting to see the next set of financial statements but stay on the lookout for a reverse split.
