Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you know that there will be a moderators meeting that will be taking place probably sometime early next week in order to discuss the future of the site.  I have some big plans in the upcoming month and am excited to see the response from our members. We are looking to attract investors who are mature and will be able to discuss their opinions in a respectful matter, and therefore, it will take time for the site to get bigger. However, we are growing, little by little, day by day, and I expect great things for the site. I ask for your patience right now as we are in a time of a building period, and I encourage you all to keep posting your opinions.
Thanks,
Seth

OTC stocks are for trading imo not 'investing'.

It'll take time seth, but we're getting there.  If you look at most boards, otc/pink stocks tend to be the most talked about stocks...imo because they typically can provide the greatest short term gains.  Unfortunately alot (most?) don't hold their gains over the long term, and I'd argue that it's retail investors left holding when a stock tanks after a big run.

While we're trying to create a community that helps investors avoid that from happening, most sites seem to encourage it....with these quick gainer and equally fast fallers being the most talked about stocks.

I doubt MMs or the companies themselves want to be left holding after a P&D runs its course....and a site that tries to help investors avoid the bag isn't going to be too popular with what I refer to as 'industry players' who imo inhabit most boards..including this one.

No matter how well we moderate it's still up to individuals to sort through everything and make their own decisions.

Come and join me in "THE SWAMP", the OTC swamp that is.  Help me identify which stocks have the postential for BIG GAINS before the industry hacks start pumping and dumping them.

DON'T GET SCAMMED, GET SMART!!!

My goal was to get some quick profits from the less expensive stocks and also learn to keep some good ones for the long position.  I am learning every day.  I have not checked on this site for a while but will try to come back again.  Thanks.
