CRGO is holding up well, even with dilution underway.  This will hit 5 cents short term.  Earnings report expected Monday.  This is already up 30% today.  I've got my money in CRGO.  Will profit nicely.  Look at the charts.

UCAP was the MM doling out diluted shares.  They are not even on the Level II radar anymore.  Looks like dilution has ceased.  CRGO will at least triple from here.  They have a solid company with 80 employees and expect 20M in revenues this year.  Their market cap is 15M?  Get real!!!  Pleaes do your own DD.  This stock is a winner.

OS = 496M

Float = 140M

215M held by the 3 Principals of the company.

100M shares just got diliuted at .016cents.

xanti, .04-.06?  I think .04 for sure, but not certain about .06-.075.  It depends on how cleanly it breaks the 200dma @ .033.

This is day 1 of breakout on the new move.  Dilution is apparently over.  Looking forward to day 2 and maybe 3.

CRGO didn't even touch the 200, but it did close above the 100 for the second day in a row, even with the selling.  It didn't quite make it down 50% of the previous day's run and .002 should hold nicely.  May rest here before a true test/break of the 200.

Late day buying surge.  Looking for a continuation move to at least the 200dma (.032).

CRGO has now got a good base of 2.3 cents.  I tried telling people to get in at 1.6 cents.  This will hit 5 cents - IMO.  Do your own DD.  This is a REAL company with expected 2005 revs of 20M!!

Some people using ETRADE were complaining about orders being denied.  It seems there was a "news pending" halt.

Here's some DD Dream from iHub dug up:

Float: ~250M

CRGO

From the looks of things, the 200dma is a very tough row to hoe.  Of course, a clean break of that could be monstrous.

10Q is for the past.

Their "peak season" is just about to begin and they have some very lucrative contracts under their belt.  Also, they're looking to acquire 4 other companys to add to the bottom line.  The future's so bright, I gotsta wear shades.

CRGO Projected Year Revenue: $22 million.

Revenue = 40% in first 2/3 of year, 60% in last 1/3.
2/3 = 8 months.

We are on pace for $1.1 million/month in first 8 months
=$8.8 million = 40% of yearly revenue.

$8.8 / 0.40 = $22 million for the year.

yup ! 22.5 million by my calculation

also :

for the second quater ( and this should be about the same for every quater even with larger revenue)

Direct operating expenses = 2,561,660
Total indirect operating expenses = 1,762,526
----------------------------------------------------
total quaterly expenses = 4,324,186

*4 quaters = 17,296,744

revenue = 22,500,000
--------------------------------------------------------
net profit = $5,203,256 !!!!!!!

at a P/E of 15 that makes a share price of $0.156

plus this is a growth company, looking to aquire four other businesses !!

KAAAAABOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

(mod note: I didn't do the all caps pump, the person I quoted did. Ha!)

Well, how about the 100dma instead?  That's where CRGO is holding.  I'd like to say today was a reversal doji, but it's the wrong color.  It should hold here, but if it doesn't, I'll be looking for a bounce off the 50dma.

Apparently, there's still some shares "unaccounted for" that will need to be digested.

hi all just got into crgo the other day
we had a little bit of a down day today i beleive that the main reason is people taking some money off from the table after running flat for a little while.
imho this company has huge upside to it and the last pr shows that this company is for real.i think that i will be picking more as we stay in this range.

American River International Ltd. Is an international and domestic freight forwarding company with a network of agents throughout the United States and around the world. The company, which is headquartered in New York, has facilities in New Jersey, Illinois, Tennessee, Florida and California.

"Aside from providing additional backbone and support for our very aggressive approach to new business in China and the Pacific Rim, this joint venture also takes our company into the third party logistics business," said Jesse Dobrinsky, President and CEO of Cargo Connection Logistics Holdings, Inc. "What's particularly gratifying is that we are very comfortable with American River Logistics. We have worked closely with the management of American River Logistics for the past 12 years. The company is also currently negotiating the opening of offices in China, Vietnam and Singapore.

"We're extremely impressed with Cargo's efforts to expand its business in China and the Pacific Rim," said Rich Forte, managing director of American River International. "They have a clearly defined and highly executable plan and the combined expertise of our two companies will provide a level of support required to bring those plans to fruition."

Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. consists of Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. and Mid-Coast Management, Inc., which are both headquartered in Inwood, NY. The Company also has offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Miami, New York and Pittsburgh.
