The Memorandum of Understanding between the two firms will provide Cargo Connection Logistics with all of the required international licenses and certifications that will be necessary to service the business. It will also provide the company with customs brokerage service in the event their customers are not currently utilizing a U.S. Customs Broker. American River Logistics is also CTPAT certified.
American River International Ltd. Is an international and domestic freight forwarding company with a network of agents throughout the United States and around the world. The company, which is headquartered in New York, has facilities in New Jersey, Illinois, Tennessee, Florida and California.

The company is also currently negotiating the opening of offices in China, Vietnam and Singapore.
