Biotech holdings has shipped close to 100,000 packages
of Sucanon to its suppliers in Mexico. Bio sells each
package for about $15 U.S and makes $5 - $6 profit per
unit. retailers add another $15 to make the end user purchase
price $30, which allows them to make $15 per unit.
BIO.v or BIOHF.OB is about to release numbers in the coming weeks, here
is a glimpse of how they will look.

100,000 X $ 15.00 = $ 1,500,000 U.S (Total Sales)

100,000 X $ 5.50 = $ 550,000 U.S (Profit)

Note : Biotech Holdings is about to ship product for
another 40,000 packages, this indicates that re-orders
have been received and the product is moving nicely for
a company that just started full infomercial campaign 3
weeks ago.

Farmacia Benavides …… 600 stores stocked
Wal-Mart …… Over 140 stores stocked
Farmacia Paris …… Over 300 outlets stocked
Groupo Marzam …… Supplying 18,000 pharmacies
Sanborns ……. 130 stores stocked

Cosco will be announced shortly, once pricing is worked out as
they will sell a bulk product, which will consist of a 3
month supply.

Here's the chart, not alot of volume...I think it's one to keep on radar, stochastics do look oversol with the fast line turning up a bit.

Good profit margin, recieving reorders, wide distribution across Mexico and good channel networks for orders activity.

Increase in sales orders on monthly basis should turn BIO into profitable soon.

Not promoting but BIO should be on the move soon IMO.

Distribution sales people met in Vancouver Jun 23.05, re-sales numbers. info should be released this week.

Note insiders have been doing a lot of selling. is it to support company expences ?

Higher vol. is in the USA.

Type in BIO.V then check list of companys, click on company you are looking for,

this site only shows insider trades in Canada, I don't have a site for USA insiders

trades.

SEDAR Interim Financial Statements

First 2 address you need a subscribtion. The third one you can do a search  for SEDAR on the internet and type in company name.I believe their next statement is at the end of July 05.

I used to hold BIO in '99 - '00....Last meeting I went to, one of the directors was b*tching and complaining to me cause the share price wasn't moving up to the price he could exercise some of his given stock. Said he was going to quit.   -- And an investor-broker was attacking the CEO -- basically calling the CEO a liar.   -- I was a greenhorn then and didn't know the workings of the insiders. Sheesh...the info that was given to me -- and here I didn't know how to decipher it UNTIL years later!!!   Where's my head? Ah...here it is.
