BDCI has a strong balance sheet but the company keeps it that way by issuing stock. BDCI lost $171.000 last year which is more that double what they lost in the prior fiscal year and have averaged issuing 2,680,616 common shares per month for the last four months. This company needs to get into the black which it has not been able to do so far. |

I actually owned 400,000 shares of this one at a cost of around 3 cents. Liked the structure and was quiet sure it had a good chance of going up. Didn't like the management announcing a 100 to 1 reverse split and sold at 2 cents, for a nice little loss. These guys can move the stock if they want to but always seemed to end up changing their minds. IMO THE REVERSE WAS DONE JUST TO SUCK OUT THE SHARES> THEY CHANGED FROM 100 to 1 REVERSE to 30 to 1 REVERSE AND THEN TO NO REVERSE BECAUSE THE SHARE PRICE HAD GONE TO A HiGHER PRICE AND DIDN'T warrant a SPLIT> WELL NOW THE PRICE IS WERE THEY STARTED AT WHEN THEY ANNOUNCED THE FIRST 100 to 1 REVERSE SPLIT The stock price had a high of 25 cents on that run up
