Advanced ID Corporation (OTCBB:AIDO), a complete solutions provider in the radio frequency identification (RFID) and traceability market for the animal industry, concluded an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in AFG Asia Engineering Co., Ltd. (AAE) to strengthen its resources in the RFID identification market. AAE is a recognized leader in the design and development of ultra high frequency (UHF) RFID technology. The agreement becomes effective July 1, 2005.

Operating from its Chiang Mai, Thailand office, AAE has ten employees focused primarily on the design, development, production and project management of UHF RFID products in Asia and Europe. The company has successfully designed and developed products for the livestock identification and traceability industry.
