For $19.95 per month customers can rent from a Web catalogue of more than 400 of Americana's titles. The audio book subscriber can rent an unlimited number of audio books on CD format for only $19.95 per month. This new Web site feature will allow customers to pay for this rental service with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or eCheck.

During 2005, the Company focuses to offer books that may be downloaded from the Company's Website. The Company has 15 books that are available electronically. It is currentlyaffecting revenues and expected to significantly affect 2005's income. These revenues are a new source of income for 2005 as last year we were not set up for the downloads.

Coreflix
During 2004, the Company acquired the operations and assets of Action Media Group, LLC (doing business as Coreflix). Coreflix rents action sports DVDs from its Website.
