A nice wake up call for anyone who thinks OTC stocks trade based on fundamentals imo.  1 billion authorized as per otcbb.com and a history of reverse splitting.

And AMRE management sold a lot of stock today getting ready for the next reverse split.  What are the investors looking at?  The financials that came out today are a disaster.

This company owes nearly three times what the company is worth.  Delmar Janovee is making a living selling shares to unsuspecting investors and then squeezing them out with a reverse split.  I wouldn't want to own this stock tomorrow morning  , an hour after the opening bell.

That's why I love the OTC popeye, even a total an utter POS stock can explode.  

Hototc.com...just got a email touting AMRE.  Should bring in some buyers.

AMRE is in disasterous shape but  the two subsidiaries that went public on the 9th may bail them out.  This is far from proven to date but it could happen.  

Too much volume imo popeye, rats leaving the ship as it were I think.  

Krill.  Rats leaving the ship or the CEO taking in a bundle to try and stay afloat.  There are a lot of shares that have been issued by the company.

In other words Krill if someone purchased 1,000,000 shares one year and four days ago they would now have one share.

Popeye...that's the OTC for ya.  R/S, squeeze out the old shareholders...change the symbol and authorize another mountain of shares, then repeat.

What people like about the OTC is the huge gains they see from stocks like AMRE.  They think "if i'd bought even just 100,000 when it was 1 cent and sold for 15 cents...."

If you check AMRE's RB board though it was all bashing back in March when it was trading around  1 cent, and there was little/no volume and no news/hype/promotion to bring the buyers in.
