My two week forecast on my Pechala report is positive.  Should see a short term uptrend.  I would not be selling right now.

When it comes to OTC and Pink stocks....when you start to see outfits getting paid to advertise the stock, then it's time to start thinking of an exit imo.  Promoters aren't taking payment because they believe the bullish tripe they're writing...in fact rarely do they even verify it's accuracy.  Those paying the promoters aren't bullish eitehr, or they'd be using the $$$$ to buy shares instead of hiring pumpers to find buyers for what they're in all likelihood selling.

That's a good board to keep an eye on...and post to it when you come across a paid pump.  Promoters get paid for a reason of course....it works, and that's why I said...when you see pumpers being hired to advertise a stock it's time to start thinking about an exit imo.  The idea is to sell high...hopefully higher than what you bought in at...and if the dinner bell is being rung by a bunch of cheesy touts hopefully you'll be able to get a good price.

Let's face it....how many of these OTC stocks paying analysts, feature/profile writers and email blasters....how many of them actually ever make any profit.

true, but unfortunately that means nothing with this stock.  how long do you think it would take if it increased by 10% everyday to get us back to .70.

why would you ever let yourself lose 3 grand on a stock?  Are you some kind of fool who is all or nothing?  Get out already if you feel so strong that this is a crap stock.  Doesnt take rocket science to know that if you feel that way you should get out!!!!

easy crash...nino isn't the only one.  Alot of people form prideful emotional attachments to a stock...especially one they've lost money on.  They're determined to make money on it no matter what.  Sometimes it ends in a R/S, other times it does rebound....and sometimes they dump only to see the stock start climbing so they dive back in.

The OTC/Pink markets are more about psychology than anything else imo...and there are hard lessons to learn before one can consistently make $$$ as far as I'm concerned.

Video Without Boundaries, Inc. Expands Representation Through Agreement With Flanders Sales Inc.
Move Will Help VWB Bring Breakthrough Broadband Media Product Line to Mass Market in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 11, 2005 -- Video Without Boundaries, Inc. (OTC: VDWB), a leading provider of interactive, media-convergent home entertainment devices, today announced an addition to its growing network of representatives - Flanders Sales Inc., an established manufacturer's representative headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Flanders Sales, founded in 1961, is one of the most respected representation firms in the Southern U.S. Its reach extends from Texas to Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, covering a wide range of retail channels including department stores, warehouse clubs, mass merchandisers, catalog and mail response retailers, hardware stores, border distributors and more. Neiman Marcus, Dillards, Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, Blockbuster Entertainment, and CompUSA are among Flanders Sales' key accounts.

Flanders Sales also numbers Panasonic, Emjoi, Oregon Scientific, and Coby Electronics among its list of manufacturing clients. The company has satellite offices in Houston, Texas and Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

"By way of its 44 years of operations, Flanders Sales has amassed an exceptional amount of knowledge about the retailers in its territories. We're looking forward to leveraging this knowledge to quickly expand our distribution in the South and Southwest," said Jeffrey Harrell, CEO and president of VWB. "We believe Flanders Sales will be an excellent choice for putting the MediaREADY line in front of the most important decision-makers in this region."

VWB's MediaREADY broadband media products, led by the flagship MediaREADY 5000 advanced digital media center, are expected to be of significant interest to retailers in the consumer electronics, computer, and mass merchant channels. The product line not only supports a wealth of multimedia playback choices, but also connects people simply to virtually every type of digital entertainment device in the home.

With MediaREADY set-top products, users can watch TV, record video to the hard drive or to DVD, stream multimedia directly from the Internet, surf the World Wide Web, read or send email, enjoy karaoke, listen to digital audio, and burn or manage a music collection.

In addition to DVD, CD, MP3 and MPEG-1/2/4 recording and playback, MediaREADY devices, about the same size as a conventional DVD player, connect the home TV to the Internet and to in-home networks. The line also includes the MediaREADY Flyboy, a portable multimedia player that records and plays back up to 40 hours of video, 100,000 digital pictures, or 370 hours of music on its 20 GB hard drive. The unit's 3.5-inch LCD screen and built-in speakers provide excellent playback quality while the internal USB 2.0 capability enables users to receive files from any MediaREADY set-top device or PC.

"Video Without Boundaries' MediaREADY product line shows great engineering innovation and a strong sense of consumer preferences. VWB has broken the barrier separating home entertainment aficionados from the connected broadband world," said Peter Flanders, Founder of Flanders Sales. "We believe these products will be of real interest to customers and retailers alike."
