There has been a lot of talk about this stock lately.  The rumor is that the company is waiting to get back on the otcbb before releasing any breaking news.  Make sure you keep an eye on this one.

Alot of contracts are still in the works, they aren't interested in sending out press reports until they get into the otcbb like Seth said.

I talked to the some people at the company personally and just the amount of good news in the future is unbelievable.

I wont be suprised if this stock gets up to 2 dollars by june.

Last from what I heard is sometime this month.

Reason why the stock fell to .50 range  a week ago because alot of impatience investors. They were suppose to be in the otc towards last half of april.

I know they are being very careful going back in and takes a while.

Expect them to be in the otc very shortly and tons of news after that.

I got this email from VDWB investor relations today:

Dear Investor -  The company is currently completing both their 10K and 10Q statements. They anticipate completion by the end of the month, qualifying for OTC BB status once again.

I really want to buy vdwb around .60, but my my web broker (tdwaterhouse) won't let me buy stocks on the pink sheets.  It's a real bummer.

VDWB should be back on the OTCBB by the end of the month. I love this stock. It's my favorite investment I've ever had. This si my first post here, and appropriately about VDWB!

Seth - that is not so - you can buy pink via TD - however, I have found a few cases where I had to call in my order - but still got the web commission price. The only other case where I ran into this was with ETLC - but all other pinks have been no problem.

Now, if you have 15K in cash/ stocks - I strongly suggest you open an acct with DisnatDirect. About half the cost on trades and better prices on commissions. Also, faster trade execution, as they are direct.

Just email me or private message me if you'd like to discuss further.

humblepie: That is interesting.  I know that I tried to buy vdwb and it wouldn't let me. Maybe I'll have to call in and order. Thanks for the info.

Seth, I signed up with Lowtrades.com.  I haven't had any problems buying VDWB, HISC, or MOBL. Seth there is a flat fee of $5.00 to buy and to sell it is $5.00 + NASD fee+SEC fee, which are very small percentages.  Upon this, if you trade more than 50 times a month the flat fee decreases.  This is my first brokerage account and I haven't had any problems so far.

I'll definitely look into it.  I usually don't have a problem with tdwaterhouse. They are very reliable.  I usually try and stay away from stocks on the pink sheets anyway, but I think vdwb is an exception.
Thanks,
Seth
